2011 Macy's Forth of July Fireworks

The Macy's Fourth of July fireworks extravaganza was held on in New York City on July 4, 2011. The fireworks celebration took place on the Hudson River for the 3rd consecutive year, moving from the East River on the East Side of Manhattan.

The fireworks show, which was viewed by millions of spectators along the West Side of Manhattan and the from many sites along the Hudson River in New Jersey, lit the sky with colorful bursts launched from six barges located on the river.
